Mystic Dance and Yoga

During the first week of Summer School students participate in three full days of the Naturopathy study of the Elements of Life. This immersion and discovery of the inner ecology
is balanced and integrated by a Nature Communion day in the outer ecology of the Colorado alpine meadows, followed by two herbal field trips and one day of Living Food and Therapuetic Essential Oils - a fine preparation for the lectures and workshops of the second week.

The beauty of opening to the joy, creativity, beauty, truth, love and healing within you during the elemental dances, the first three days of summer school each year awakens the deep levels of connective instinctive wisdom and experiential learning skills.

"The complement of Mystic Yoga moves the entire cleanse and education to
altogether higher levels. The cohesiveness and rhythm of Farida's work enhances our commitment to our personal healing. The focus she demands from each participant creates the sheer joy, bliss and exquisite beauty that we experience together through movement and stillness. A truly transformative time."

"Mystic yoga has helped me connect with myself in a much deeper way. The freedom to explore one's own being without judgment or self-consciousness has been a gift. She invites us to move in and through the crevices and cobwebs of personality and limited perspectives so we may learn and grow more into a bigger, truer and most expanded self."

"My body feels alive, sensitive and light, and my mind is clear in ways that
I've never felt before. I am able to feel more easily inside myself."

"Farida's exquisite music, creation of beauty and colorful ambiance, and probing
words allow a powerful dance with body, mind and spirit while the living foods allows full embodiment of the purification and rejuvenation process."

"Farida Sharan's Mystic Yoga leads you through an evolutionary personal
journey while exploring the inner landscape by the use of one's own sounds
and movements. This adventure is accomplished by the remarkable and
insightful guidance of Farida's deep teachings accompanied and inspired by
astonishingly beautiful and carefully selected external music."

"Farida's work illuminates, explores and often transforms the soul's
sometimes rocky and difficult relationship with the physical and emotional
terrain within oneself."

"The exercises range from birthing oneself and progressing as a baby,
and onward to experiencing the elemental identifications with the chakras
and the elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether. And all movements,
sounds and dances are designed in a progressive manner toward balance,
equilibrium and wholeness."
