Over the ages, in different cultures and parts of the world, man has created
systems of medicine based on spiritual concepts and in harmony with nature. Each system worked as a part of that culture and the way that man viewed reality at that time. We can look to this rich history and gain much inspiration, knowledge and wisdom and recognize that we are now in the process of creating a 'new' medicine. We are seeking to reconnect spirit, mind and body. We are turning again with respect and awe to nature and her medicines.

All the truths that we study here are a part of the emerging complementary medicine of today. The laws of truth are the same for all men, in all ages and in all countries because they are the laws of the creation and of man in relation to the creation. What we begin to sense when our mind expands over the vast panorama of time is that we create our own diseases by how we live. All true methods of cure are based on restoring man's understanding of the truths of living. The source of medicine and healing is the same for all. As practitioners we have to seek that source and remain close to its inspiration and embody the truths it inspires in our life and work.

Healing Diets

Online Healing Diets Nutrition student from Saudi Arabia shopping for organic produce

Enroll in the Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant Online Course and submit assignments as you embody the teachings with the Self Healing Module. Completion of all three requirements earns the Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant Online Course Completion Certificate.

For Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant Diploma level refer to the Diploma website page and to information sent on request.

Our relationship with nourishment begins before conception, when our life pattern connects with the life pattern of our parents, and we become part of their positivity and their negativity in this realm of duality. As we are conceived from the energy of our parents and formed within their sexual relationship, their patterns of nourishment are passed on to us. Birth, our reception into the world, touching, talking, feeling and nursing form our primal ground of nourishment, which continues through infancy, childhood, puberty and maturity.

Although ideal diets are described here, humans are not ideal. We make efforts, gradually adjust, and strive to improve our living habits. It is important to approach purification as a transition, slowly and comfortably. Read. Think. Experiment. Experience foods and drinks that are good for us. We need to retrain ourselves to enjoy what is wholesome, natural, nutritious and healthy. We must make a place for delight and pleasure in practical and pleasant ways and create attractive meals with fresh, organic foods with appreciation for the beauty of food that is alive and vibrant.

Dietary changes are supported by herbal nutrients that create a foundation of strength and energy. Within this framework of support, dietary changes and improvements are naturally eased into daily life. After the herbal treatment is completed the improved diet will keep positive changes moving ahead.

Strictness, denial and rigidity about new dietary habits will create negative digestion just as much as unhappiness, anger, stress and worry. Don’t think about what is being given up. Think of what is being received. As the body adjusts, tastes and cravings diminish. If we really want to eat something, let’s enjoy it, and then watch and see how it agrees with us. Indulgence can also teach us lessons. Treats are an important part of life, but we should not eat treats at every meal. If we persevere with good living habits, we will eventually want the foods that are good for us. That is health.

Nourishment is the essence of life. Our relationship with the divine, our parents, family, society and this world is all based on receiving, or not receiving, the nourishment we need in every realm of being. We go through life believing that we choose what nourishes us, what makes us happy, and what we think is good for us. Yet, when we are ill, unbalanced, ignorant, deprived, unconscious or rebellious, we often choose what will poison us, hurt us or set us further off balance.

For over twenty years I have observed how clients’ diet, drink, living habits and personal relationships were toxic to their body, emotions, mind and life. It is as though their ability to recognize positive nourishment had been lost, so they chose short-term addictions, stimulation and strong tastes even though they knew these foods and drinks were hurting them and aggravating their health problems because they did not realize the connection between their foods and drinks and their health condition.

"I feel grounded and safe in the environment Farida creates that naturally encourages me to become present. Excitement for learning how to heal others begins to stir within me though I experience glimpses of resistance and desire for comfort go-to foods however I accept any and all emotions. I know within my deeper self I have found my path and am excited to incorporate and build a life around healing foods and natural medicine. The beauty of the dishes brought a whole new awareness of mindfulness, of feeling alert, peaceful and light, so blessed to know I am where I am supposed to be. Healing I did not know needed to happen is taking place. I am learning about myself!"

The completion of this study course in Iridology and Natural Medicine guides students through the first level of mastering the intricate symbolic language of the iris of the eye in relationship to the life of each person. The second level of learning continues to unfold as each pair of eyes that you look into will teach you something new. Each client will present a new opportunity to correlate the information in the iris with the life of the person. As you progress through the twelve lessons you will learn about the philosophy, theory, history, vocabulary as well as anatomy, physiology and natural medicine. The maps and guidelines will be given to you, but the exploration and the discoveries will be your own unique experience, and your good fortune.

Self Healing

Self Healing students on retreat in Thailand

Self Healing is an essential part of each pathway, whether for personal healing, family healing or professional training. It is an educational and experiential journey that includes a depth experiential study of Reflexology / Self Reflexology, Essential Oils and Flower Essences (see below).

Each of these areas of study are certificates trainings and are an essential part of personal mentored Self Healing and Online Study and are included in every Immersion Retreat. They are also part of the Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Healing Diets Nutrition and Iridology Diploma studies.

Iris Analysis of the body organs, systems and tissue quality, constitutional strengths and weaknesses relates to what we explore and discover in Reflexology and vice versa. Case studies often confirm this connection.

Emotional healing, a major foundation of all Naturopathy studies, and of paramount importance in Self Healing, is approached through case history questioning, recovered memories and counseling conversations. When a student experiences Reflexology with Essential Oils and receives Flower Essences and Remedies for emotional resonance imbalances, evolutionary self healing manifests on multi levels.

Naturopathy treatments enhanced by Herbal Medicine and Healing Diets nutrition supported by systemic elimination and creative transitional foods prepare a student by releasing and nourishing at the same time, thus facilitating openness to receive healing from all modalities.

Certificates are awarded as each student gains expertise during all methods of learning from Online Study, One to One Mentoring, the Self Healing Module, attendance at Immersions and completion of graduation Case Studies.
