Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you the customer, student or client, you. We are School of Natural Medicine International and Farida Sharan with email faridasharan@purehealth.com and website www.purehealth.com.
Enrollment is commitment. I, the applicant, agree to the following Terms and Conditions, and confirm all the information on the Application is true, that I am of legal age, have authority to apply for the course choice as indicated and agree to honor payments of tuition together with all bank and / or currency exchange fees and in advance or later invoiced for any fee errors, with all bank and or credit card fees paid by myself so the full amount of any course, tuition, program or immersion is paid to the School of Natural Medicine Int'l and/or Farida Sharan. I agree to respectful conduct, communication and participation to remain as an active student and understand this agreement extends to all future enrollment and payments. I respect and agree that all printed course materials, books and DVD’s are copyrighted and supplied for educational purposes of the applicant only, and are not to be copied or duplicated in any format, whether print, digital or web, shared, transferred or resold, without prior written consent of the author(s). Applications are accepted at the discretion of the School of Natural Medicine Int'l and Farida Sharan after personal conversations and emails with Farida Sharan, Director. Students enroll when they are clear this study and embodiment path is their right and true choice to move forward in their personal, family and professional life.
I, the applicant, confirm that I fully explored the website, exchanged emails, studied attachments, and have had opportunity to discuss choices in email or in conversations as requested when relevant.

Required Reading of Terms and Conditions
As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. Once the Enrollment Order and Payment is Complete the Contract is legal and binding.
Enrollment Purchase Contract Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the services and goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Farida Sharan trading as School of Natural Medicine Int'l, of 6 Montpellier House, Suffolk Square, Cheltenham GL50 2DY United Kingdom with email address faridasharan@purehealth.com ( referred to as the Supplier or us or we).
2. These are the terms on which we sell all Services to you. Before placing an order on the Application form or with downloaded or with Application form, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked ‘I Accept’ and/or agreeing to Terms and Conditions with a digital signature on the completed, signed and dated authentic and relevant, recognized and up-to-date Application Form. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to complete your Order. You can only purchase the Services and Goods if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old and the same conditions apply if a student enrolls with a completed and downloaded Application Form with a digital or written signature.
Interpretation
3. Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
4. Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;
5. Delivery Location means the Supplier’s premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
6. Durable Medium means paper or email, or any other medium that allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period that is long enough for the purposes of the information, and allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;
7. Goods means any goods that we supply to you with the Services, of the number and description as set out in the Order;
8. Order means the Customer’s order for the Services from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
9. Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
10. Services means the services advertised on the Website, including any Goods, of the number and description set out in the Order;
11. Website means our website https://www.purehealth.com/ on which the Services are advertised.
Services
12. The description of the Services and any Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and color of any Goods supplied.
13. In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.
14. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
15. We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
Customer Responsibilities
16. You must co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services, provide us and our authorized employees and representatives with access to any premises under your control as required, provide us with all information required to perform the Services and obtain any necessary licenses and consents (unless otherwise agreed).
17. Failure to comply with the above is a Customer default which entitles us to suspend performance of the Services until you remedy it or if you fail to remedy it following our request, we can terminate the Contract with immediate effect on written notice to you.
Personal Information
18. We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.
19. We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.
Basis of Sale
20. The description of the Services and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
21. The Order process is set out on the Website, on information pages emailed to you, on the Application form and in emails in response to questions and requests . Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
22. A Contract will be formed for the Services ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any Goods supplied under the Contract, and before performance begins of any of the Services.
23. Any quotation or estimate of Fees (as defined below) is valid for a maximum period of 14 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
24. No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Services, Fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the Customer and the Supplier in writing.
25. We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be better for you, eg. by giving you rights as a business.
Fees and Payment
26. The fees (Fees) for the Services, the price of any Goods (if not included in the Fees) and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website, information pages and the Application form at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices for Services may be calculated on a fixed price or on a standard daily rate basis.
27. Fees and charges include VAT if applicable however educational tuition is not liable for VAT and international students are not liable for VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
28. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and include legal and functional mailing, mobile, telephone and internet email addresses. We take payment through internet companies as listed in our enrollment information and Application form.
Delivery by Amazon, Smashwords, KDP, Natural Skin Care, Vimeo or recommended suppliers.
29. We will deliver the Services, including any Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement: a) in the case of Services, within a reasonable time; and b) in the case of Goods, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
30. In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the Services on time, you can require us to reduce the Fees or charges by an appropriate amount (including the right to receive a refund for anything already paid above the reduced amount). The amount of the reduction can, where appropriate, be up to the full amount of the Fees or charges.
31. In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the Goods on time, you can (in addition to any other remedies) treat the Contract at an end if: a. we have refused to deliver the Goods, or if delivery on time is essential taking into account all the relevant circumstances at the time the Contract was made, or you said to us before the Contract was made that delivery on time was essential; or b. after we have failed to deliver on time, you have specified a later period which is appropriate to the circumstances and we have not delivered within that period.
32. If you treat the Contract at an end, we will (in addition to other remedies) promptly return all payments made under the Contract.
33. If you were entitled to treat the Contract at an end, but do not do so, you are not prevented from cancelling the Order for any Goods or rejecting Goods that have been delivered and, if you do this, we will (in addition to other remedies) without delay return of all payments made under the Contract for any such cancelled or rejected Goods. If the Goods have been delivered, you must return them to us or allow us to collect them from you and we will pay the costs of this.
34. If any Goods form a commercial unit (a unit is a commercial unit if division of the unit would materially impair the value of the goods or the character of the unit) you cannot cancel or reject the Order for some of those Goods without also cancelling or rejecting the Order for the rest of them.
35. We generally email and ship to most world and country addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, you will be invoiced for charges for international shipping and may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.
36. You agree we may deliver the Goods in installments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.
37. If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Services at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
38. The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.
Risk and Title
39. Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.
40. You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use the Goods still owned by you, in which case you must return them or allow us to collect them.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
41. You can withdraw the potential Order by telling us before the Terms and Conditions are signed and payment is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
42. This is a distance contract (as defined below) which has the cancellation rights (Cancellation Rights) set out below. These Cancellation Rights, however, do not apply, to a completed contract that contains the no refund policy.
Right to Cancel
43. Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, this contract is non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason.
44. A cancellation period is not included in a non-refundable and non-returnable completed and paid contract
45. There is no application form as there is no return.
46. You have already agreed to enroll in a non-refundable and non-returnable contract which cannot be reversed.
Reimbursement for Shipping and Mailing
47. Once goods are sent on the internet or mailed or shipped with receipts and tracking and proper mailing or shipping, students are responsible to seek reimbursement and costs from the company who damaged or lost the mailing. School of Natural Medicine Int'l and/or Farida Sharan are not responsible.
48. As the contract states , there is no return of goods and no refunds. All support is give on website, information pages, application form, emails and in requested personal conversations. No one should order any courses, programs, sessions, tuition or products or immersions,, retreats or seminars, unless they agree to no refund and will not claim for any return of goods in any form ordered from School of Natural Medicine Int'l and Farida Sharan.
Conformity
49. We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity with the Contract, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.
50. Upon delivery, the Goods will:
a. be of satisfactory quality;
b. be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the Goods which, before the Contract is made, you made known to us (unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment) and be fit for any purpose held out by us or set out in the Contract; and
c. conform to their description.
51. It is not a failure to conform if the failure has its origin in your materials.
52. We will supply the Services with reasonable skill and care.
53. We will provide the following after-sales service:
The supplier will guide the customer with their virtual purchase. Regular contact will be initiated if the product calls for this.
54. In relation to the Services, anything we say or write to you, or anything someone else says or writes to you on our behalf, about us or about the Services, is a term of the Contract (which we must comply with) if you take it into account when deciding to enter this Contract, or when making any decision about the Services after entering into this Contract. Anything you take into account is subject to anything that qualified it and was said or written to you by us or on behalf of us on the same occasion, and any change to it that has been expressly agreed between us (before entering this Contract or later).
Duration, termination and suspension
55. The Contract continues as long as it takes us to perform the Services or the student completes during defined limitation dates.
56. If there is termination of the Contract from School of Natural Medicine Int'l and Farida Sharan because of breach of respectful behavior, non-completion of student work in agreed time limitation, the student is advised by email of the termination
a. commits a serious breach, or series of breaches resulting in a serious breach, of the Contract and the breach either cannot be fixed or is not fixed within 30 days of the written notice; or
b. is subject to any step towards its bankruptcy or liquidation.
57. On termination of the Contract by School of Natural Medicine Int'l and Farida Sharan for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will not be affected.
Successors and our sub-contractors
58. A student cannot transfer the benefit of this Contract to someone else, and will remain liable to School of Natural Medicine Int'l and Farida Sharan as regards to obligations under the Contract. The sub-contractors and Suppliers will be liable for their acts as sub-contractors under their Terms and Conditions.
Circumstances beyond the control of either party
59. In the event of any failure by a party because of something beyond its reasonable control:
a. the party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable; and
b. the party’s obligations will be suspended so far as is reasonable, provided that that party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid, but this will not affect the Customer’s contract agreements of non-refundable and non-returnable materials or tuition appointment, class, retreat or immersion reservation deposits.
Privacy
60. Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
61. These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy policy (https://www.purehealth.com/privacy-policy/ ) and cookies policy (https://www.purehealth.com/cookie-policy/).
62. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. ‘Data Protection Laws’ means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the GDPR.
b. ‘GDPR’ means the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
c. ‘Data Controller’, ‘Personal Data’ and ‘Processing’ shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR.
63. We are a Data Controller of the Personal Data we Process in providing the Services and Goods to you.
64. Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide Services and Goods to you, and we Process that Personal Data in the course of providing the Services and Goods to you, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws:
a. Before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected;
b. we will only Process Personal Data for the purposes identified;
c. we will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data; and
d. we will implement technical and organizational measures to ensure your Personal Data is secure.
65. For any enquiries or complaints regarding data privacy, you can e-mail: school@purehealth.com.
Excluding liability
66. Subject to this, we are not liable for (i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or (ii) loss (eg loss of profit) to your business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because we believe you are not buying the Services and Goods wholly or mainly for your business, trade, craft or profession. As the Contract exists as an educational study with a student of the School of Natural Medicine Int'l and/or Farida Sharan and does not hold such responsibility for the business, trade, craft or profession on the the Consumer.
Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
67. The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
68. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
69. We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints as follows:
If a dispute occurs customers should contact us by email to express their concern. If a solution or agreement is reach the student will continue studies however once SNM & PNS Director and staff make a termination based on disrespectful conduct, the decision is non-revokable and final.

CONDUCT POLICY
The School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan as founder, mentor, educator and self healing curator are founded on quality personal evolutionary embodied Self Healing training achievements of high levels of Social Intelligence. When each student enrolls, they agree to the following standards of conduct so that classes are conducted in respectful, safe, harmonious and supportive groups, with each participant contributing their full attention and agreement to responsible co-creation, By enrollment in any course, class, even, whether online or in group, Immersion or Retreat is subject to this Conduct Policy and every students agrees to this policy on enrollment and whenever in participation, in the school, and away from the school, and in all connections, conversations, and relationships with students, teachers, colleagues and graduates.
1. Deposits are made in a respectful timely manner for all classes with full commitment that shows respect and consideration for the teachers, the students and the school. If a student is unsure about attending, do not enroll until you are sure. Enrollment is commitment and deposits are not refundable. With emergencies, and respectful personal communication, the Director may choose to transfer deposits to a future class.
2. Cancellation of Immersions or Retreats must be made in person, by telephone, no later than 3 weeks before classes begin, and only for emergency situations. Cancellations on the day or later than the week are not acceptable, and may be cause for suspension or dismissal. If the school cannot count on a student's commitment, there can be no respectful relationship. A professional does not wake up one day and decide not to see their clients or teach a class because of a personal reason. Commitment is an essential to professional training and students agree to respect this at all times. Just as students need to trust teachers, the teachers need to trust the students. Cancellation does not change commitment of non refund
3. Suggestions, complaints, difficulties, request, reactions and challenges must be in person, by telephone or visit with the Director or teacher. Students come to classes to learn and experience, not to process other students. Each student is responsible for mature, respectful conduct and communication based on the Social Intelligence model.
4. Communications, attendances, payments and completed work is considered training for professional levels of behavior, respect and skill. It is through the courageous giving and receiving of honesty and respect that creates the supportive quality of our healing field and the loving care that flows through the classes.
5. Students are expected to arrive just prior to start time too any classes or immersions to complete enrollment and payments as needed before class begins. Just as you would wish your students and clients in the future to respectfully plan ahead and arrive on time, the school conduct requires that each student arrive on specific requested time, in training for their professional life.
6. The School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan experiential conversational mentorship of a tested and proved evolutionary educational approach is based on kindness, inclusiveness and personal connection. Positive interaction between the students, any other school tutors and other students or graduates is of benefit to everyone and is a requirement that each student consider this in all personal conversations as this is training for your future relationships with clients and students. The question to always ask is: Is this what I would want a client or student to act when I am a teacher or practitioner?
7. If a student has a concern regarding studies, classes, other students, or the teaching staff, they must direct those concerns respectfully immediately to Farida Sharan or other teachers, so that issues can be resolved respectfully with kindness, attention and discussion without having an unsettling affect on the group. Complaining to other students causes negative relationships to build in a group that affects other students who do not wish to participate in complaining and as the teachers who are focused on presenting negative complaints to each other, will not be tolerated. Disturbing group harmony is cause for suspension or dismissal, pending review. An initial contact can be made by email, but it will not be answered in email, only with a personal conversation or visit. Dismissal does not give right for refund.
In the rare case a dismissal or termination of a student is activated and processed legally, all care is offered to respectful efficiency, according to what is right and true and best for all concerned within the boundaries of the legal contract.
8. The school is vegetarian and vegan and all food brought into the school for snacks, and lunches must NOT include any meat fish or eggs or anything that contains them.
9. Absolutely no mind-altering substances, whether alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs may be brought into the school or be part of an in-person session, or imbibed before or after class, with full respect for the law. Any student in this school needs to be alert, mindful and completely present to make full use of all that is offered. Disrespect of this regulation is terms for suspension or dismissal. Dismissal does not give right for refund.
TESTAMONIALS
Testimonials are a required exercise to develop your abilities to describe your experiences, shifts, growth, healing and personal evolution, with a view to your future when you talk to prospective students and clients, and develop promotional materials. An important part of School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan's mentorship teaching is the emphasis we put on language, vocabulary and articulate inquiry, dialogue and conversation.
Testimonials that you read on the school news blog or social media may have helped you understand what this school is all about and inspired you to enroll and attend immersions, retreats, classes, groups and sessions. Your testimonial contribution with your permission is a gift to future students of the School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan and your future clients and students.
Testimonials help you learn to write from your heart to share your experience, describe a shift, explore a new connection of understanding, share a discovery or a response to the way you learn and grow in this school in a particular class, so that you can develop your own language skills.
Testimonials also document your progress with Self Healing and your personal evolution during your studies in School of Natural Medicine Int’l and mentoring sessions with Farida Sharan, and thus are written in the first person, not in a distancing evaluation or analysis, from the heart just as you would talk to another person.
Testimonials take the place or memorization tests and document your progress of consciousness, Self Healing and personal evolution. They are also helpful for assessments for graduation and to show membership organization and review boards when they explore files to show that assessments are being done professionally.
Testimonials are not about complaints, suggestions, issues, difficulties as these are discussed personally with teachers with a one on one personal talk before during or after class when possible, with a personal visit, or during the class in the group where everyone participates in the clearing.
If you have complaints, resistances, reactions with any teacher or how the school or any class manifests in practical reality, it is each student's responsibility to communicate, set a time for a talk or review visit (there at no charge after a submission of a complaint in an email with full details). Review visits are to share truthfully about your experience and feelings and to communicate respectfully to participate toward understanding and harmonious completion.
Texts are not acceptable and will not be answered. Formal complaint with full issues are made before a personal discussion. Issues will not take place in emails or texts, with the exception of the original official complaint, first conversation and completion agreement confirmation, resulting in agreement and resolution in conversation or in-person is followed by an official record of resolution.
Write about how something or the class touched you or something you learned in a testimonials so that you inspire from your experience and share positive progress from the course, program or sessions.
Aa sll students need to practice marketing for their own business. Testimonials develop the skills to describe who you are and what you do and what you offer to others. Testimonials help each student grow in expression, and develop the joy of articulate language, sharing, consultation skills and dynamic conversation.
School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan exist and serve in the best way we can offer our trainings and continually creatively evolves year by year. Suggestions are welcome but not always practical to implement. A listening ear with heartfelt attention is offered if communication is given honestly and respectfully.
The School of Natural Medicine Int’l and/or Farida Sharan is a co-creation of student(s) and teacher(s) mentor(s) and every class is unique depending on who is participating. Students have the opportunity for dynamic interaction, personal attention based on Self Healing and full support. Mentoring depends on the student's willingness to reach out, participate in reports, homework and practice self-care as they develop the mentoring relationship.
If a student does not want to share certain information on the blog and wishes to separate and give instructions about what they do not want to include, this is acceptable. The edit of sensitive personal information, correction sentences, addition of context for understanding, simplification of repeated sentences, and clarifications of confusions, misspellings or poor grammar, are included in blog posts for simplicity and clarity.
I understand that conversations, consultations of life history, mentoring, education, tutoring, and suggestions are given to me as a student of my own life, body, emotions, mind and spirit, not as a patient, and that I take full responsibility for my choices and for following any suggestion of natural independently healthy life skills to improve my health, wellbeing and wellness in my life and lifework. I have been advised to consult my medical doctors for medical conditions and take full responsibility for my health conditions and for communicating my history, symptoms, past medical treatment and current diet, supplements and medications. Every choice I make is my own responsibility as a student of my own life and body.
I agree to be respectful, in all communications, to communicate any concerns respectfully and take full responsibility for my choices and actions. I understand tuition entry level Mentoring Consultations and Conversations for E embodiment studies may be credited to further professional and post graduate studies as appropriate and decided by the Director and Educator, Farida Sharan ND. By choosing and paying for education I agree to all Terms and Conditions, and I am over 18 years old and am in integrity with my payment method.
